Shipping and Delivery Information

Currently only shipping within the United States, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico

Most of our items ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within the continental USA. Some merchandise will be shipped using DHL or FedEx. Please provide a valid street address for delivery as many carriers will not deliver to a PO Box. A parcel shipped via DHL will require a signature for release. We offer the option for delivery to a residential or business address during the checkout process.

Current shipping costs are based on Flat Rate Tiered Shipping Charges using the dollar amount of purchase as the qualifier. This method allows for multiple items to be purchased and delivered from different warehouse locations. Ground Shipping via UPS or Priority Mail USPS are the default methods for the following and normally takes an average of 3- 5 business days or sometimes longer for the shipment process. Please allow extra time for orders placed on weekends or holidays. Some merchandise is unavailable for UPS shipment due to location. Some merchandise with ship via FEDEX or DHL.

Email for shipping estimate on orders over $2,000. See Special Offers Section for periodic Promotional Shipping Offers or Free Shipping. Sign up for our email list to be notified in advance of Special Offers. Expedited shipping options are available. Additional charges may apply based on weight or destination. Back ordered items will be shipped when available at no additional charge to the customer. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. See Returns Policy for additional information. Fees for refused or undeliverable shipments will be deducted from any refund due the customer. Any fees for Customs are the responsibility of the customer and are due to the carrier upon delivery for direct customer delivery. Most items are received by our warehouse in Oklahoma, and then prepared to ship to the client from our location.

Order Processing Information

Merchandise orders will be placed after the payment has been validated. Fastest validation is through PayPal. If the order has been placed Monday – Thursday, for an in stock item, the customer can expect the merchandise to be shipped within one to two business days. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be processed on the following Monday. Merchandise may ship from different warehouse locations. Be sure to let us know if there is a deadline or event and we will try to expedite the order placement and advise on shipping options. Use the customer notes section when placing your order or send us an email note.
Normal Order and Shipping for an In Stock Item might be 1-2 days for payment and order processing. Shipment from appropriate warehouse location the following business day. Delivery to your location via appropriate method. Your order could take as little as 3 days or up to 14 days.

Merchandise orders for items that are either out of stock or created for the customer at time of order will take 2 to 8 weeks depending upon supplier and item. If you order an item and it is out of stock, you will receive an email with the item status. You will have the option to back order or cancel the order. Please review the product or supplier information when available or email with specific item in question and we will be happy to advise you of the options.
Pre-Order Status Items mean that the item is not currently held in stock, or is being produced by the manufacturer. Items will be available to ship when the production is completed, and depending on the item may be as long as 12 - 14 weeks. Some Pre-Orders will complete faster than others. Depending on the item or brand, you may be charged when order is placed to confirm the purchase.

Delivery Information

Tracking numbers will be available after the item has shipped and will be posted to client account and/or emailed to the customer. Please inspect your delivery and report via email any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours.
