hope you are excited to open your package when it arrives and that you are
thrilled with the look, style and fit of your shoe or dancewear purchase. We hope you enjoy many hours of dancing while
wearing your new garments. However, if you
need to make a return or exchange for one of the following reasons we are happy
to assist you and find the solution that will best suit your purpose.
We accept items within 21 (twenty-one) days
from date shipped for return or exchange.
The item might be the
wrong size, fit, color, style or you changed your mind. It happens.
Our merchandise is
carefully inspected before shipping. We offer a 30 (thirty) day warranty against
documented manufacturer defect. We
recommend that you inspect your items as soon as they arrive. You must contact
us via the email address provided below notifying us of the issue and request a
return or exchange.
All returns must be Pre-Authorized by Blue
Moon Ballroom Dance Supply. You must
request via email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Send request to firstname.lastname@example.org Unauthorized
returns will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Your request must outline the reason for
All refunds are for merchandise only. All shipping and handling fees are
non-refundable. You are
responsible for the return shipping rate to us. We offer 1 free shipping on exchange items for size or style. We advise the customer to insure the returned
package and use a carrier that provides tracking information. Blue Moon Ballroom Dance Supply is not
responsible for lost or damaged packages or damages resulting from any loss of
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn
shoes and dancewear within 21 days. Items must be in original new
condition complete with tags still attached and in original packaging. Items that do not meet this condition will be
returned to the customer.
Please try on your new
garments with care. Dancewear cannot be returned if the item has
been altered, laundered, dry cleaned, soiled, smells of smoke or perfume, or
exhibits any other signs of wear. Please do not remove the tags unless you
love your new garment and intend to keep it.
When trying on your new shoes, please wear
with hosiery and we recommend you wear on soft carpet to test the fit. Do not
wear your new shoes on hard surfaces. Shoes that exhibit soiled soles,
scratches or tears, scuffs, stretching and creases or other indicators of wear
and use cannot be returned for any refund, exchange or credit.
The return package must include a copy of the
packing slip, the completed RMA form and RMA number. Shoes
must be returned with box in good condition. Do not use the shoe box as the
return shipping box. You will be charged
$8.00 for a replacement box, which will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds Will Be Processed between 5 – 14 days
of the refund approval by Blue Moon Ballroom Dance Supply. Refunds will be paid in the manner of the
purchase. Please note the actual refund
to a credit card could take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your
statement, depending on your financial institution.
No Returns or Exchanges on Clearance or Final
No Cancellations on Custom Orders after 24hrs
of payment processing. Your
Custom Order will be in process at Blue Moon Ballroom Dance Supply during this
time and we will review with you to verify all the details are correct. After this time, the order will be forwarded
to the manufacturer for completion.
No Returns or Exchanges on Custom or Special
Order Shoes, and Custom Dancewear, unless we have made an error on the request.
